Job Description

We are thrilled to offer an opportunity for a dynamic individual to contribute to the success of our Western Europe and Italian business. The role guides the Business Unit’s Commercial Planning processes and provides valuable insights to support commercial growth, helping us achieve regional and local strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Commercial Planning cycle for the sales team by running monthly processes, establishing clear briefs, and identifying risks and opportunities using CTM (Commercial Target Management) and TPM (Trade Promotion Management) tools and dashboards.
  • Support in the development of the Business Unit (BU) annual Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) with valuable insights and drive its execution through in year monthly processes to reach our commercial ambitions.
  • Own the preparation and execution of the Joint Business Planning (JBP) process, ensuring plans remain active throughout the execution year.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure all are prepared to achieve strategic priorities, engaged with deployments, and maintaining high data quality in planning tools for effective analysis.
  • Coordinate the Sales Assumption Review (SAR) meeting to promote commercially aligned monthly planning.
  • Provide skilled support on trade investment digital tools and dashboards to the sales team whilst working with regional and global team on processes and products.
  • Lead Customer Pulse and Confidentiality processes end to end to address internal and external needs as well as other ad-hoc commercial deployments.
  • Assist in the execution of key RCD priorities in partnership with Revenue Management, Portfolio, and Category teams.
Qualifications
  • A proven record of business performance in commercial roles, with a current understanding of the retail and channel landscape across Western Europe, particularly in Italy.
  • Experience working in a large international manufacturing organisation or large retail environment, with strong expertise in establishing sales processes and governance practices.
  • Proven commercial competence that demonstrate a growth strategy enabling the delivery of structured deployments and effective solutions to sales teams.
  • A strategic mentality with the capability to engage and influence multiple partners across various functions and levels.
  • An in-depth analytical approach with a high proficiency in systems and tools, with the ability to build efficiencies for others and garner support for initiatives that provide solutions.
  • Ability to work 3 days from our office in Milan (2 days from home).
