Il candidato ideale avrà una laurea in Marketing o un campo correlato e almeno 8 anni di esperienza nel settore, inclusi 5 anni di marketing sul campo. Sarà responsabile della gestione della strategia di marketing, collaborando con il team di vendite, e dovrà possedere eccellenti capacità relazionali. Inoltre, sono previsti bonus e possibilità di lavoro remoto.

Responsibilities

• Own and align marketing strategy for your zone with business goals and commercial objectives.
• Partner with Sales to drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and support Growth Room initiatives through ABM programs and events.
• Provide insights and feedback by collecting customer intelligence (VOC), competitive data, and field learnings to inform central teams and decision-making.
• Execute localized marketing initiatives (trade shows, events, workshops) and activate global strategies to fit regional needs.
• Measure and optimize impact by tracking marketing influence across the funnel and improving campaign effectiveness.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field with min. 8 years of relevant experience in the industry, including at least 5 years of Sales or field marketing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with sales teams and customers.
• Strong influencing skills with the ability to motivate and align cross-functional teams, sales partners, and stakeholders toward shared goals.
• Highly autonomous and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly within your zone (approx. 20–30%).
• It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in
• Experience in Advanced therapies (Viral vectors, Cell therapies, mRNA…).
