Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) is offering an 18-month trainee program in Milan, Italy, designed to develop aspiring professionals through rotations across Commercial, Operations, Business Development, Finance & Trade Control.

From day one you will contribute to strategic projects, gain hands-on experience, and receive mentorship from peers and senior leaders. The program may include time in GAR offices across Europe to provide international exposure and a clear path to future leadership.

Competenze

• MSc graduate in Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
• Entry-level experience or internships in relevant areas.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, committed, curious, and eager to learn.
• Team player, independent thinker, and effective communicator.
• Motivated to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced international environment.

From day one, you will step into a challenging role, contributing to strategic projects, and gaining hands-on experience across multiple departments. The program might include spending time in other offices in Europe, including Netherlands and Spain, giving you international exposure and a broad understanding of GAR's operations.
