Title: Commercial Director - Animal Health

Location: Italy - Remote with expectation to travel within Italy

Package: €100,000 (negotiable) + Bonus (Package dependent on experience)

Reports to: CEO

Responsibilities
  • Commercial Director opening with a global pharmaceutical manufacturer operating within the veterinary / animal health market.
  • Responsible for managing a team of 100+, with 8 direct reports across Italy.
  • Manage relationships with distributors, veterinary clinics, pet shops, pharmacies, and wholesalers.
  • Identify and seize new market opportunities, both domestically and internationally.
  • Responsible for preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
Requirements
  • Must have experience within the Animal Health industry - specifically the companion animal sector alongside Bovine and Equine as a plus!
  • Must have proven experience leading sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of international distribution channels.
