A luxury fashion brand in Milan is looking for an entry-level Collection Coordinator to assist in organizing meetings, liaising with teams, and participating in lookbook shoots. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s in Fashion Design and experience with design software. This full-time role offers a vibrant work environment in a prestigious company.

Responsibilities

• Support in the organization and setup of collection meetings.
• Act as an interface between Design, Product, and Collection Merchandising Teams.
• Assist with contacting model agencies, including booking and budget management.
• Participate in lookbook shootings, manage shooting activities, and verify the codes of shot looks within the company system.
• Attend fitting sessions with the stylist, contributing to the documentation of comments and notes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Fashion Design or similar.
• 1-3 years of previous experience in the role.
• IT abilities and professional knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) and PLM.
• Fluent English.
• Problem‑solving, precision, attention to detail, teamwork attitude and flexibility.
