Partner / Co-Founder Investor (Potential CEO Role) – Agentic AI for E-commerce

Minimum investment: from €15,000 to €50,000

Up to 40% equity available as a stock option plan in 3‑year vesting

Location: flexible / remote

Commitment: part‑time or full‑time (to be defined)

Company Overview

IIO is a technology startup operating in the Agentic AI for E-commerce space.

We develop Visual AI Agents that integrate directly into online stores and actively support customers throughout the purchasing journey, with a measurable impact on conversions, sales, and customer experience.

This is not traditional chatbots or passive customer support.

IIO delivers agentic AI sales assistants, designed to guide users all the way to checkout.

The product is already live and market‑validated.

We are currently in a repositioning and scaling phase and are opening the company to a strategic partner.

The Role

We are looking for a Partner / Co-Founder Investor to join the company’s cap table and actively contribute to the development and growth of IIO.

The role is flexible and may evolve, depending on profile and contribution, into a CEO position for candidates with strong leadership experience and a proven background in scaling SaaS startups.

Key Responsibilities

• Defining growth strategy and market positioning
• Supporting or leading go‑to‑market and business development
• Building partnerships with brands, merchants, and e‑commerce platforms
• Evolving the SaaS model (pricing, offerings, enterprise solutions)
• Participating in governance (board or advisory board)

Full‑time involvement is not mandatory, but real and ongoing engagement is expected.

Ideal Profile

• Entrepreneur, investor, or senior executive
• Experience in SaaS, e‑commerce, AI, martech, product, or growth
• Proven track record in building or scaling digital products
• Strong strategic mindset with an execution‑driven approach
• Interest in building a globally scalable technology company
