We are a startup whose goal is to launch an AI that overcomes current limits and goes beyond words to the creation of objects. We operate in a large, fast-growing market and developing products that exploit artificial intelligence to offer increasingly vertical solutions is certainly an opportunity not to be missed .

We are among the first, if not the first, to operate in this market with this type of product.

The product is an AI capable of operating in the engineering field, particularly in design automation.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a co-founder who wants to launch his own startup, the ideal candidate is an ambitious, creative person with technical skills in the field of IT, more specifically in the development of AI software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to develop software independently and understanding enough to make decisions as CTO.
• Availability to work full time throwing yourself headlong into the project.
• Experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
• Experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
• Experience with state of the art GenAI techniques (e.g., LLMs, Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models) or with GenAI-related concepts (language modeling, computer vision).
• Experience with ML and software infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging and design and construction of complex software, including graphics and APIs).

Preferred

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in a startup, better if as a founder.
• Desire to achieve incredible results independently in your field.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative, goal-oriented and strong will to create your own business.
• Be able to speak fluent Italian and possibly be willing to reside in the South.
