Alongsidethe Co-Directors of Curriculum and Community – BlairholmeELC, the Co-Director of Operations will be responsible for theeffective management of Blairholme Early Learning Centre, ensuringthe highest standards in educational quality, staff leadership,compliance, and wellbeing. This role assumes responsibility foreducational outcomes and the day-to-day running of the Centre. Youwill create an environment where children are empowered to explore,collaborate, and express their understanding through aReggio Emilia-inspired approach.
