Impact Acoustic is seeking a highly skilled CNC Operator for our Mezzago production team. You will set up, program, and operate Zünd cutting systems to produce high-quality parts according to design specifications.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience with Zünd machines, reads technical drawings, and supports maintenance and process optimization. This role offers a hands-on environment within a dynamic, design-driven company.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years' experience operating and programming Zünd CNC machines.
• Solid understanding of CNC machining, cutting techniques and material properties.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD or similar).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production documentation.
• Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic English and ability to work in a team.
• Physically capable of loading/unloading materials and standing for long periods.
• Familiarity with other CNC cutting machines and forklift licence is a plus.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator with experience operating Zünd cutting machines to join our production team in Mezzago, Italy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC cutting systems to produce high-quality parts according to design specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and programming Zünd machine for Acoustic Felt
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to ensure precision manufacturing.
• Adjust machine settings, tool paths, and material positioning to achieve optimal cutting results.
• Monitor machine performance and conduct routine maintenance to ensure proper functionality.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Zünd machine and cutting process.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Your profile

• Proven experience (min. 2 years) operating and programming Zünd CNC machines (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of CNC machining, cutting techniques, and material properties.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g., "Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, or similar").
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production documentation.
• Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Basic English-speaking skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Physical ability to handle materials, load/unload machines, and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with additional CNC cutting machines and software and forklift licence is a plus.
