Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for a contractor project focused on advanced part production and process optimization. You will set up and run CNC machines, verify dimensions, interpret drawings, and troubleshoot tooling and setups.

The role requires strong experience with Haas controls, GD&T, precision measurement, and a proactive approach to process improvement; remote work is possible depending on assignment, with safety and documentation standards to follow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on CNC machining experience in setup and production.
• Strong experience with Haas CNC controls, VF-series.
• Familiarity with Makera Carvera hobbyist CNC platforms is preferred.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills.
• Experience with precision measurement tools.
• Experience machining metals and plastics.
• Strong troubleshooting and process optimization skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities
