A leading pharmaceutical company in Milan is seeking a Cluster Business Coordinator. This role involves consolidating business reports, supporting marketing activities, and managing office administration. The ideal candidate will be an Italian native speaker with a strong command of English and experience in agenda management. The position is full-time and offers a salary range of €1,250.00-€1,400.00.

Competenze

• Experience in agenda management and accommodation.
• Mother tongue Italian. Very good level in English.
• Spanish knowledge is a plus.

YOUR ROLE

• Filters and consolidates business reports
• Help preparing presentations
• Align office administration policies
• Interface with finance managers and sales directors
• Interface with HQ procurement on travel tools and reports
• Sales meetings and cluster seminars organization
• Reception, switchboard, couriers
• Maintenance, office supplies management
• Meeting rooms management

SUPPORT TO MARKETING

• Back up of marketing assistant
• Main interface with SIRM and SERAM secretariats

BACK OFFICE TASKS

• Creates PR/PO
• Month end operations
• Liaison with SSC in Prague for vendors management
• Interface with HQ procurement

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Experience in agenda management and accommodation
• Mother tongue Italian. Very good level in English.
• Spanish knowledge is a plus
