What will you do:

Arrow is looking for a Cloud Technical Account Manager to join our team in Milan or Bolzano. Acquiring the necessary certifications and Cloud and AI technology‑based solutions in our Vendor Portfolio will be part of your continuous development of the necessary skills. After the first enablement you’ll be supporting the internal departments and then delivering technical presentations, demos, PoC (Proof of concepts) implementations, conducting trainings and webinars and providing technical advice and support for customers. You’ll also be participating in technology fairs and events.

What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?
  • Supporting the business teams in the development, construction of offers to the clients and answering different technical questions on your assigned solutions.
  • Obtain technical certifications and expand your practical skills for different Vendors.
  • Training, webinar, technical presentations, product demos, PoCs.
  • Customer visits (virtual and onsite) by Vendor competence with sales colleagues.
  • Working on a defined list of customers to enable or to develop according to the Business Unit needs.
  • Continuously being trained in the latest technologies.
  • Manage Customer support cases using our ticketing system.
What we are looking for:
  • Customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology.
  • Experience on Cloud or AI technology.
  • Experience with AWS technology is mandatory.
  • Experience in technical presentations, demos, PoC implementations.
  • Experience in running training courses and webinars.
  • Experience in relation with technical stakeholders and channel business.
  • A real and innate passion to learn new technologies, a strong attitude for new and different challenges, and a drive to be the best in what you learn.
  • Technical IT high school or technical degree in Computer Science.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve partner issues with excellent prioritization of workload.
  • Business fluency in Italian and English.
  • Travelling is not a problem for you.
