As an Account Manager ☁️ you will have the opportunity to be part of and represent the CloudFire 💥 Team and our service ecosystem, working in a dynamic and stimulating environment.

Responsibilities
  • Center the targets 🎯 to challenge the market and take care of customer satisfaction;
  • Represent CloudFire and participate in events organized by local authorities and webinars 💫;
  • Always be dynamic and flexible ⚡️ in following and analyzing customer needs;
  • Be able to craft economic and technical proposals and formalize and negotiate an offer, up to drafting and concluding a contract 🎨;
  • Stay alert 🔍 and watch out for new opportunities to grasp;
  • Manage and nourish relationships with customers, updating them ♻️ with news releases and supporting them in projects.
Qualifications
  • Advanced communication skills and empathetic attitude in any situation;
  • Excellent word processing skills to formalize commercial offers and projects;
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and combine them with appropriate products and services;
  • Experience in using CRM;
  • Good commercial and negotiation skills in the search for new partners and customers, and the loyalty of those already acquired;
  • Knowledge of the target market;
  • Curiosity, passion and determination to quickly learn a new world;
  • Nice to have: strategic approach 🧠 aimed at identifying priority objectives and optimizing the time for their achievement;
  • Nice to have: hunger and determination to achieve the objectives ✅, without ever being satisfied!
