Job summary

ONYX TECHNOLOGY S.R.L. search for a Cloud Operations Engineer L2 to manage and monitor GCP/Azure infrastructure. You will handle L2 incidents, provisioning, access control, and database tasks, with automation through Terraform and scripting.

The role requires Kubernetes, Terraform, Python/Bash, and logging/monitoring across cloud platforms, plus good English. Hybrid work with periodic client-site presence in Milan.

Qualifications

• Esperienza su GCP e/o Azure.
• Terraform.
• Kubernetes (GKE/AKS).
• Python/Bash, Git.
• Networking & security cloud (VPC, IAM, TLS/SSL).
• Monitoring & Logging (Cloud Monitoring, Azure Monitor, Grafana).
• Inglese buono.

Responsibilities

• Gestione e monitoraggio infrastrutture GCP/Azure.
• Incident & service request L2 (provisioning, accessi, DB).
• Automazione tramite scripting e IaC (Terraform).
• Analisi log, performance e escalation ai team L3.
• Turni di reperibilità programmati.
