Avvale, a technology solutions company, is seeking an experienced leader to guide a team of infrastructure professionals across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on‑premises technology. You will drive growth, engagement, and the right balance between career aspirations and business needs while maintaining technical credibility.

You will lead recruitment, career development, and ongoing coaching, ensuring performance reviews and development plans align with organizational goals.

Competenze

• Experience leading infrastructure teams across multi-cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Strong experience in coaching, career development and succession planning.
• Fluent English (minimum B2/C1) in an international setting.

• Lead and develop a team of infrastructure professionals across multi-cloud and on‑prem environments.
