Medpace, Inc. in Milan is recruiting Clinical Trial Managers at multiple experience levels to join our Clinical Trial Management Group. Experts in Immunology and Infectious Diseases are welcome to stay in their area or expand to new therapeutic areas.

We offer remote flexibility after probation and a competitive compensation package with bonuses and equity grants. You will oversee day-to-day operations per contract, serve as sponsor contact, maintain protocol knowledge, and lead cross-functional

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in a health or life science-related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of Clinical Trial Management experience, CRO experience preferred.
Experience in Phases 1-4; Phases 2-3 preferred; strong leadership is essential.
Management of overall project timeline; bid defense experience is a plus.

Mansioni

Manage day-to-day operations of the project per contract and ICH/GCP rules.
Serve as primary Sponsor contact for operational issues and study deliverables.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of protocol, therapeutic area, and indication.
Provide cross-functional oversight of internal project team and training.
Review study protocol, edit check specifications, data analysis plan, and final report.
Develop operational project plans and manage risk assessment and execution.
Oversee management of study vendors and site quality; supervise CRAs.
Ensure training and deliverables are completed to timeline.
