Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a seasoned Clinical Research Associate to work across diverse therapeutic areas including Neuroscience, Oncology, and Cardiovascular. You will monitor sites, ensure protocol adherence, and support TMF processes while collaborating with a global team.

The role requires 2+ years as a CRA, a 4-year degree or RN/BSN, and willingness to travel. Strong English communication and data quality focus are essential to succeed in this team-oriented environment.

• Experience as a Clinical Research Associate is required.

• Background in Oncology and Hematology is preferred.

Mansioni

• Qualify, initiate, monitor, manage sites and close-out visits.
• Mentor and guidance to junior CRAs and site staff.
• Document site visit findings with clear reports.
• Train site staff on protocol adherence as needed.
• Review safety information and informed consent.
• Perform source data verification for data accuracy and patient safety.
• Review CRFs and assist with data query resolution.
• Prepare TMF filings and site-related documentation.
• Ensure IP receipt, accountability, and destruction where applicable.
• Conduct accompanied site visits for training and assessment.
