Medpace, a leading CRO, is seeking a Clinical Research Associate with a health background and certification to join our PACE training program. You will travel 60–80% nationally, conducting site visits and ensuring high-quality data and regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in a health-related field is required.
• Willing to travel 60–80% nationally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• CRA certification completed as per DMC 15/11/2011.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are a plus.

Mansioni

• Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits at research sites per the approved protocol.
• Communicate with site staff including coordinators and physicians.
• Verify investigator qualifications, training, facilities, and staff; ensure good documentation practices.
• Review regulatory documents and manage device/drug accountability.
• Monitor adverse events and ensure accurate data reporting per protocol.
