Chiesi in Parma, Italy, is seeking an experienced Clinical Partnership Manager to enable and optimize governance and the operational model for strategic CRO partnerships within Global Clinical Operations. You will collaborate with study teams, category managers and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of clinical trials, embedding excellence, agility and innovation into the delivery model.

Hybrid work in Parma with international scope; 8-10 years in clinical operations, English

Competenze

• 8-10 years of experience in Clinical Operations, with knowledge of clinical trial management and development phases.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken, with ability to operate in an international environment.
• Experience in vendor governance and performance management, including service quality and issue resolution.
• Experience negotiating budgets and managing external partnerships (CROs, vendors, third parties).
• Ability to navigate complexity and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

• Develops and manages strong, trust-based partnerships with external stakeholders, particularly CROs.
• Ensures maintenance, monitoring and continuous improvement of operational and partnership models within GCO.
• Fosters a sustainable vendor management approach aligned with Chiesi’s portfolio.

• Collaborates in vendor selection, onboarding and integration of digital platforms and services.
