Worldwide Clinical Trials S.R.L. is seeking a Clinical Operations Site Management professional to lead CRA/IHCRA onboarding, training, and performance coaching across multiple sites. You will act as escalation point for performance issues and ensure timely time-card reviews and TMF readiness.

Competenze

• Four-year degree in biological, physical, health, pharmacy or related science with six years CRA experience.
• Two-year college curriculum with seven years CRA experience or equivalent education.
• Eight years of clinical research experience as CRA or related role in pharma/biotech.

Mansioni

• Interviewing and selecting CRA/IHCRA candidates and onboarding on permanent and contract staff
• Train CRAs to perform visits and other billable monitoring activities
• Provide on-site mentoring for CRAs through observations
• Maintain regular communication and 1:1s to review quality metrics and project status
• Escalate CRA/IHCRA performance issues as needed
• Review Time Cards and approve contractor hours
• Review Sciforma assignments and workload
• Conduct performance appraisals and address employee relations issues
• Write and conduct CAPAs; support Directors of Clinical Operations
• Approve PTO requests and non-billable expenses
