Job summary

LivaNova in Milan, Italy, invites motivated graduates to join as a Clinical Data Management & Safety Operations Intern. You will gain hands-on experience in management of clinical trial data, supporting collection, review and validation to enable global studies.

You will learn to work with cross-functional teams, contribute to data-related processes, and participate in international projects. The internship offers structured training, mentoring, and a monthly allowance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biostatistics, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related scientific discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Interest in Clinical Research, Clinical Data Management, or Safety Operations.
• Exposure to SAS, databases, or data analytics tools is considered a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn in a dynamic international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Clinical Data Management & Safety Operations initiatives to ensure consistency across studies.
• Contribute to daily operational tasks for ongoing clinical trials (Neuromodulation and OSA – Obstructive Sleep Apnea).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data-related processes.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings.
