What To Expect:
  • Support Clinical Professionals: Provide field-based technical and clinical support to radiologists, nurses, imaging technologists, sonographers, and technical assistants, ensuring optimal utilization of our mammography and densitometry solutions.
  • Strategic Involvement: Collaborate with the commercial team to define and implement procurement strategies for public customers, preparing memorandums and technical documentation for commercial tenders and private offers.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of both capital and disposable products, as well as clinical studies, to support strategic tender shaping and maintain Hologic’s competitive edge.
  • Education and Training: Organize and deliver training sessions, case coverage, in-services, and office calls to drive product adoption and account independence.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with assigned customer accounts, spending up to 50% of your time on-site to deliver product expertise and reinforce the value proposition of Hologic’s solutions.
  • Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, case coverage, and educational events using Hologic’s customer management application.
  • Continuous Improvement: Remain current on Hologic’s products, services and industry trends, and provide input on educational materials for distribution to customers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, regional, and commercial teams to support clinical trials, collect data and feedback, and represent the division at trade shows and relevant events.
  • Travel: Daily travel within assigned territory, with overnight stays as required by business needs.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Italian is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
