Qualifications

• Masters degree in economics, development studies or related field.
• Six years of experience in impact evaluations and climate/resilience contexts.
• Experience managing Randomized Control Trials is a plus.
• Proven ability to deliver rigorous reports and policy briefs.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination of the Climate and Resilience Impact Evaluation Window.
• Lead study design, data collection, and data analysis with appropriate methods.
• Assist in IRB approvals and procurement processes.
• Prepare detailed evaluation reports, briefs and dissemination materials.
• Engage with country offices and partners for field activities and workshops.
