Overview

We’re looking for a Client Operations & Data Delivery Specialist to join our onboarding and support team. You’ll manage incoming data from new and existing customers, ensure smooth integration into our forecasting platform, and maintain reliability across delivery processes. This client‑facing position combines technical fluency, structured communication, and customer care.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client onboarding, data delivery, and performance monitoring
  • Support data ingestion (API/FTP, SQL, ETL) and run quality checks
  • Investigate data issues using Python (Pandas) and SQL
  • Participate in client calls, document updates, and support ongoing operations
Qualifications
  • 2+ years in customer operations, data delivery, or technical support
  • C1‑level English and strong client‑facing communication
  • Organized, reliable, proactive problem‑solver
Nice to have
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure), Git basics, or energy data
  • Knowledge of visualization tools (Plotly, Streamlit, Dash)
