The incumbent serves as a trusted advisor to the Client, leveraging deep business insights to identify opportunities for growth, drive forward-thinking strategies, and oversee daily operations.
Collaboration with activation practice leaders and other departments is essential to develop and execute initiatives that enhance the Client’s business.
Business Management : Deliver the service proposition to Clients, ensuring full end-to-end management of the business for individual Clients. Relationship Management : Own and foster strong Client relationships in line with the established relationship strategy. Client Development : Proactively identify and flag cross-sell and upsell opportunities to enhance Client growth. Commercial & Service Ownership : Ensure seamless service delivery and maintain profitability of the Client account. Team Leadership : Guide, manage, and motivate the team, aligning objectives with the Client’s business culture.
People Management : Lead and inspire teams to achieve business goals. Communication : Articulate strategies clearly and foster effective Client communication. Project Management : Oversee and execute marketing projects with precision. Dentsu Strategy : Apply strategic marketing approaches within the Dentsu framework. Negotiation & Influence : Navigate discussions to secure beneficial outcomes. Market Research : Analyze industry trends and insights to refine marketing strategies. Budget Control : Ensure strategic oversight of financial resources, collaborating effectively with activation teams. Buying Strategy : Work closely with activation teams to refine purchasing decisions and optimize investments. Cross-Media Coordination : Facilitate effective communication and integration across multiple media channels. Audit Management : Strengthen relationships with auditors and oversee the auditing process across various media sectors.
