A leading global cosmetics brand in Milan is seeking a Client Insights Specialist to drive customer engagement through data-driven insights. This role involves analyzing customer behavior, leading segmentation models, and supporting CRM initiatives. Candidates should have 1-2 years of relevant experience and a degree in a quantitative field. Proficiency in Power BI and knowledge of SQL are also required. This is a full-time position within a dynamic marketing team.

We are looking for a Client Insights Specialist to join KIKO MILANO’s Global CRM Team, within the Customer Data & Insights area, reporting to the Client Insights Senior Specialist.
Such talent will play a pivotal role in understanding, segmenting, and activating our global customer base, supporting KIKO’s mission to deliver personalized, data-driven experiences at scale.
With millions of active clients across all channels and geographies, your work will help translate complex data into strategic insights that drive loyalty, engagement, and long-term growth.
