Client Engagement & Investment Outreach Specialist

Responsibilities

• Call and follow up daily with our database of guests.
• Ask about their experience in Bali and deepen emotional connection to the island.
• Introduce Bali property investment opportunities in a natural, persuasive way.
• Qualify interested prospects and schedule meetings with our real estate agents.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and potential interest.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of hot leads.

Requirements

• EXCELLENT English communication (spoken & written) – mandatory
• Highly sociable, energetic, and confident on phone/video calls
• Pleasant, persuasive, and able to build instant rapport
• Sales mindset with strong ability to generate interest & curiosity
• Comfortable working with CRM / databases (training provided)
• JUNIOR CANDIDATES ARE WELCOME

What We Offer

• Salary: IDR 5,000,000 fixed + IDR 5,000,000 bonus per confirmed property sale from your lead
• Average earnings can easily reach 20–30 million per month
