Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail.
  • Excellent sales skills, with a strong aptitude for negotiation and closing.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English.
  • Good knowledge of main IT tools (MS Office suite) and a strong digital attitude.
  • Networking: Ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients.
  • Clienteling: Skill in managing and developing a loyal client portfolio.
  • Curiosity: Desire to learn and stay updated on industry trends and brand novelties.
  • Negotiation and Sale Closing: Strong results‑orientation and ability to effectively guide the sales process to completion.
