Are you ready to join the next summer season in our Capri boutique? We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and relationship‑driven Seasonal Client Advisor to support our CASA division during the peak summer months. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the high‑energy, exclusive environment of Capri. You will be the face of our brand, curating refined, personalized shopping experiences for our discerning international clientele.

Responsibilities
  • Elite Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with loyal and new clients, consistently exceeding expectations and anticipating their luxury lifestyle needs.
  • Furniture & Home Décor Expertise: Act as the primary CASA expert, providing in‑depth product knowledge on furniture, home décor, and interior complements. Offer tailored advice to help clients elevate their living spaces with pieces that reflect our brand’s aesthetic and craftsmanship.
  • Sales Performance & Strategy: Drive and achieve ambitious individual and team sales targets, contributing to the commercial success of the seasonal Capri boutique.
  • Impeccable Service Delivery: Provide a personalized, outstanding shopping experience that fully embodies the luxury standards and values of our brand.
  • Boutique Presentation: Collaborate with the team to maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standards, ensuring the boutique is always pristine, inspiring, and aligned with global CASA guidelines.
  • Operational Excellence: Support stock management activities, including inventory checks, restocking, and accurate point‑of‑sale procedures to ensure seamless operations during the busy summer season.
  • Brand Ambassador: Participate in exclusive boutique events and client‑engagement activities designed to enhance brand visibility and drive customer loyalty during the high‑season months.
What You Bring to the Team
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Client Advisor or similar client‑facing role (2+ years), preferably within luxury retail, ideally with a strong focus on furniture, interior design, or high‑end home décor.
  • Client Focus: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and the ability to build and manage meaningful client relationships. (CRM experience is a plus.)
  • Communication Skills: Strong, polished interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect effortlessly with an exclusive international clientele.
  • Goal Orientation: A proactive, goal‑driven attitude, combined with strong team collaboration skills and the commitment to exceed sales expectations.
  • Attention To Detail: A keen eye for visual merchandising, product presentation, and the quality standards required within a luxury boutique environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Italian is highly valued, and additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, etc.) are a strong advantage for serving our global clientele.
