Role

We are looking for a Client Advisor Part‑time (24h weekly) to join our boutique team in Torino.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain the quality standards required by the brand.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to the boutique's clientele.
  • Welcome, advise and handle sales to local and international clients.
  • Present the Stone Island universe by detailing its collections.
  • Provide personalised advice and meet clients’ expectations and requests.
  • Manage after‑sales service and ensure follow‑up with clients.
  • Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards, assist in window displays and product rotation.
  • Acquire in‑depth knowledge of all product categories and contribute to visual merchandising and business development.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in fashion retail or hospitality sales; experience in luxury and contemporary retail is a plus.
  • Understanding of the luxury sector, key performance indicators and product sensitivity.
  • Service‑oriented, strong communication skills, team spirit and the ability to work independently.
  • Reliable, punctual and flexible.
  • Passion for retail, client service and the luxury fashion industry.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
  • Adaptable to a fast‑paced, changing environment.
