Client Advisor, Part Time | Napoli

Stone Island is embarking on an exciting new chapter in Napoli. We are thrilled to announce our strategic expansion with the opening of our new retail store in Napoli. At Stone Island we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward. We are currently looking for a Client Advisor, Part Time to join our team in Napoli.

Your Impact
The Day-To-Day
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain the quality standards required by the brand;
  • Act as a brand ambassador to the boutique's clientele;
  • Welcome, advise, and handle sales to local and international clients;
  • Present the Stone Island universe by detailing its collections;
  • Provide personalized advice by meeting clients' expectations and requests;
  • Manage after-sales service and ensure follow-up with clients;
  • Ensure the proper upkeep of the store from a Visual Merchandising perspective in accordance with company policy; assist in the installation of window displays according to Stone Island standards and manage product rotations in the windows;
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of all product categories and become a driving force for Visual Merchandising to actively contribute to business development.
Qualifications

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales roles in Fashion Retail/ Hospitality; or interest/study in Fashion related courses - experience in Luxury and Contemporary Retail environment is a plus;
  • Has an understanding of the luxury sector, key performance indicators (KPIs), product sensitivity;
  • Service-oriented, strong communication skills, team spirit, ability to work independently;
  • Reliability, punctuality, flexibility;
  • Passion for retail, client service and the luxury fashion industry;
  • Fluency and sophistication in Italian and English, another language is a plus;
  • Digitally aware and open to new ways of working;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
