Key Responsibilities
  • Act and think first of the client and their experience, you have an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients.
  • Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
  • Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions.
  • Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them.
  • Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
  • Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
  • Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs.
  • Prove Brand and product knowledge.
  • Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to ensure a high level of security and is attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor.
  • Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, be up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors.
  • Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
  • Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and create a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance.
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales roles; experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus; passionate in Retail, client service and commercial mindset.
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willingness evolve in the organization (willingness to relocate is a plus).
  • Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
  • We are looking for candidates with strong competencies in Decision Making, Strategic Thinking,Financial Acumen, Innovation, Focus on Customer and Execution.
  • Language proficiency: Italian and English are mandatory. Any additional language is considered a strong plus.
