We are looking for a Client Advisor (November 1st 2025 – October 31st 2026) to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Outgoing, customer‑focused, and an intuitive sense for luxury: strengthen customer relationships and build them through first‑class consultations.
• With individual CRM goals, extensive product and repair training, shine in all customer interactions – from consultation to sales to small repairs on site.
• Remain a professional point of contact for after‑sales topics beyond the store visit.
• Responsible for first‑class processing of repairs, from acceptance through communication with the technical team to return to customers.

Profile

• Experience in the luxury sector is preferred but new starters are also welcome.
• Enable advising of international customers; speak fluent German and English, additional languages are a plus.
• Passionate about selling luxury products and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
