The candidate will ensure an outstanding client experience while building loyalty amongst potential and existing clients. Responsibilities include maintaining product displays and achieving performance KPIs. A minimum of 1 year of experience in the industry and a higher education diploma are required, along with good communication skills and a strong passion for fashion.

Context and Purpose of the Job

Within the Emporio Armani boutique in Forte dei Marmi, you will join the team as Client Advisor (L. 68/99). In particular, you will reflect the brand philosophy and be characterised by professionalism, attention to detail and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellence by offering an outstanding Client Experience
• Build client loyalty, engaging potential, new or existing clients
• Monitor your own performance, achieving the assigned KPIs
• Provide an impeccable image of the boutique
• Ensure product maintenance, replenishment on the floor, knowing the warehouse stock of all categories to restock shelves and maximize sales

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in the same industry
• Higher education diploma and/or degree
• Good knowledge of English
• Strong interest and passion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team spirit
