Claims Specialist – Financial Lines

WTW is hiring a Claims Specialist for the Financial Lines team in Torino, Italy. The role focuses on managing and analyzing claims across D&O, EPL, Crime, Professional RC, Professione, Posi, and Legal Protection for the WTW clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Financial Lines claims within your assigned area, maintaining constant communication with insurers, clients, legal counsel, and consultants.
  • Collect, analyze, and open client damage claims.
  • Control and resolve claims until closure/liquidation.
  • Perform back‑office duties and verify documentation related to claims and insurance policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, or related field.
  • English proficiency B2/C1.
  • Pragmatic, result‑oriented, team‑player, willing to learn, and open to new challenges.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance claims management/liquidation preferred (Nice to have).

Full‑time position. Experience level correlates with the applicant background.
