A leading engineering firm in Italy is looking for a Resident Engineer to oversee precast high-rise residential building projects. The role requires strong supervisory skills and experience in construction regulations. Candidates must have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and a minimum of three years' experience. The firm offers a collaboration with a dedicated Consultant team to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Competenze

• Registered with IES/ACES as a Resident Engineer.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in precast high-rise residential building projects.
• Experience in HDB projects is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Provide standing supervision as directed by the Consultant team.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Attend site meetings and inspections.

Conoscenze

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Description

• Provide standing supervision as and when directed by Consultant team.
• Witness all inspections, testing and commissioning sessions performed by Sub-contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards, designs and specifications.
• Compile relevant equipment, material, inspection and test certificated submitted by the contractors as required for the project records.
• Ensure company's safety rule is complied with.
• Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to drawings and specifications.
• Attend site meetings and perform site inspections.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Any other task assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized university and registered with IES/ACES as a Resident Engineer
• Minimum 3 years experiences as Resident Engineer in precast high rise residential building project.
• Experience in building projects, experience in HDB projects will be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferably conversant with local codes and familiar with local authority’s regulations and requirements
