Intermedia Selection is seeking a Civil Concrete Engineer for a prestigious Italian multinational client. The role focuses on ensuring design deliverables meet contractual and company standards and coordinating with multiple disciplines across European projects.

The ideal candidate holds a civil engineering degree (Master preferred) with 2–4 years in concrete design, plus strong knowledge of European/international codes and fluent English. Travel across Europe is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in concrete design, preferably in petrochemical, oil & gas, power, or a technical design office.
• Good knowledge of European and international codes and standards.
• Good English speaking and writing skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
• Experience in precast and/or prestressed concrete structures is a plus.

Mansioni

• Guarantee the quality of generated deliverables and compliance with contract standards and procedures.
• Manage and issue design calculations, reports, and specifications; check drawings and documents per company guidance.
• Integrate the concrete work design based on project data from other disciplines.
• Check and approve vendor documents (subcontractor construction design documents).
• Provide assistance to construction departments on site as needed, coordinating with the Discipline Leader.
• Stay up-to-date on technical improvements in the discipline.

Our client is a prestigious Italian multinational company operating worldwide through commercial offices and manufacturing sites. As part of its strategy to strengthen the Central Engineering

organization, we are seeking a:

CIVIL CONCRETE ENGINEER

Main Responsibilities:

• To guaranteethe quality of the generated deliverables and their compliance with th econtractual and company standards, procedures and work instructions;
• To manage and issue design calculations report sand specifications, to check drawings and documents on the basis given by the Company;
• To integrate the Concrete work design on the basis of the project data received from other engineering disciplines
• To check and approve Vendor’s document (i.e. subcontractor construction design documents);
• To guarantee assistance to the construction departments and site upon request, in reference to his area of competence, as per project needs and in coordination with the Discipline Leader;
• To keep himself up-to-date about the technical specific improvement of the discipline;

Who we are looking for

• Minimum Bachelor, plus Master’s degree in Civil engineering is preferred
• From 2 to 4 years of experience in concrete design, preferable in industrial companies in petrochemical, oil & gas, power or in a technical design officeù
• Good knowledge of European and international codes and standards
• Good English speaker and Writer
• Availability to travel frequently in Europe
• Plus: Experience in Precast and or Pre-Stressed concrete structures
