Job summary

Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) is a premier service within Gartner Executive Technology Services. It serves 8,500 CIOs globally with objective, independent insights and an exclusive membership offering.

We seek a seasoned leader to manage a 28+ member portfolio, design innovative ExP solutions, and drive high-impact engagements across on-site and virtual formats, while collaborating closely with Gartner's Sales organization to secure renewals and growth.

Qualifications

• CxO-level consulting roles with 15+ years of technology exposure (AI, BI, ML, Cloud, etc.).
• Fluency in English, French and Dutch.
• Experience across public sector, manufacturing, life sciences or high tech industries.
• Led large end-to-end transformative initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of CIO priorities and IT industry trends.
• Demonstrated sales and/or business development with CXO executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships.
• Leverage expertise to create service solutions for clients using ExP products.
• Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing MCPs and tailoring a service plan.
• Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, workshops, visits, roundtables, and webinars.
• Present or facilitate at ExP events when relevant.
• Partner with Gartner's Sales team to ensure member engagement and renewal.
