Job summary

Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) is a service within Gartner Executive Technology Services that supports over 8,500 CIOs and senior IT leaders across 87 countries. It delivers tailored service plans and MCP-based solutions, combining on-site and virtual engagements to drive value for members.

As part of the ExP team, you will lead large transformative initiatives, engage with CXO-level executives, and partner with Gartner’s Sales to ensure ongoing member engagement and renewals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in consulting/CxO tech roles.
• Fluency in English, French and Dutch.
• Experience with large, end-to-end transformative programs.
• Deep understanding of CIO priorities and IT industry.
• Proven sales or business development experience with CXO level executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships.
• Leverage subject matter expertise to create service solutions for clients using ExP products.
• Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing MCPs and developing a customized service plan.
• Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, including workshops, research analyst visits, roundtables and webinars.
• Present or facilitate at ExP events where relevant.
• Build strong partnerships with Gartner’s Sales and collaborate to secure member engagement and renewal.
