Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Technology Officer will own the entire technical life of our products—from algorithms generating treatment profiles to the performance of every system in the field. • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary R&D teams and directing production and service functions.
• Ability to translate clinical and commercial needs into product architecture and roadmap.
• Budget ownership and change management in a growing environment.

• Coordinate R&D team and own technology roadmap and product architecture (software, electronics, embedded, mechanics, system integration).
• Govern software development lifecycle, code quality, and design control documentation.
