The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the companys operations in Italy, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and profitability across all business functions. This executive will play a key role in aligning operations with strategic objectives, driving process optimization, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall business performance.
  • Oversee supply chain, logistics, procurement, and retail operations, ensuring seamless execution and cost-effectiveness.
  • Optimize and integrate retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels, enhancing omnichannel operations.
  • Work closely with the CEO and CFO to align operations with financial and strategic goals.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices for scalability.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Implement performance monitoring systems, defining KPIs to track operational success.
  • Manage and optimize operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining service excellence.
  • Collaborate with IT and digital teams to leverage technology for automation, efficiency, and customer experience improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as COO, Operations Director, or similar leadership role in the retail industry, preferably in omnichannel businesses.
  • Strong expertise in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, and retail operations.
  • Solid experience in process optimization, cost management, and operational efficiency.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive business transformation and scale operations effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing and inspiring cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP systems, logistics technology, and automation tools.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
