The Role and Candidate
We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Executive, based in Milan to help grow POP MART’s online presence and strengthen community engagement in the Italian market. This role is key in shaping POP MART’s voice across digital platforms through content creation, influencer collaborations, and community management. Reporting to the Europe Regional Marketing Team and working closely with teams in Milan and HQ in Beijing, you will develop and execute social media strategies that reflect our brand identity and connect with local audiences.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across POP MART’s social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging channels
- Develop and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring alignment with global campaigns, product launches, and key cultural moments
- Support the execution of influencer and KOL collaborations, from outreach and briefing to content review and performance tracking
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and community insights to inform creative strategies and drive continuous improvement
- Engage actively with followers and online communities to build brand affinity, address inquiries, and strengthen relationships with fans
- Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimisation
- Collaborate with marketing, retail, and creative teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints
- Maintain clear communication with POP MART’s HQ to ensure social content and campaigns are locally relevant yet globally consistent
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and analytics tools
- Basic video editing and content production skills
- Fluent in Italian and English, with exceptional writing and communication skills
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and cultural trends
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
- Genuine interest in pop culture, collectibles, or designer toys
Desirable but Not Essential
- Experience with paid social advertising and influencer campaign management
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Sprout Social)
- Previous experience in a marketing or creative agency environment

As part of Fabrick’s ongoing growth, we are looking for a CISO to join our team focused on innovative payment solutions. You will lead a small team (2 people) and you will be responsible for the cyber security, safety and prevention of the whole company.

As a CISO, you will be involved in:
- Definition of cybersecurity strategy and preparation of roadmaps to raise its level
- Review of organizational models and cybersecurity document frameworks in relation to regulatory and technological developments
- Setup of models for cybersecurity governance
- Management of operational continuity and business process crises
- Verification and support in ensuring regulatory compliance in cybersecurity (e.g., DORA, NIS2, SWIFT), as well as reference standards (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISO 42001)
- Active management of internal processes in accordance with DORA for cybersecurity assessments
- Management of the working group (performance evaluation, KPIs, motivational interviews, etc.)
What makes you the ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in technical/IT disciplines
- At least 2‑3 years of experience as CISO in small/medium‑sized companies and preferably in finance, insurance, or tech contexts
- Definition and management of the cybersecurity budget
- Previous experience in accounting management of contracts in terms of costs and revenues
- Knowledge of PCI‑DSS
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Cybersecurity certification preferred (i.e., Lead Auditor ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ITIL, PCIP, CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC)
