A leading financial services firm in Lombardia is seeking an experienced CFO to oversee all financial operations, including accounting and regulatory compliance. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in financial audit or accounting within the insurance sector. Candidates should possess a degree in economics and strong management skills. Proficiency in English is required, with French as a plus. This position offers the opportunity to manage a team of 15 and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting in accordance with established guidelines.

The CFO monitors and controls all the activities in the area Finance including general and analytical accounting, management control, fiscal, treasury and reporting. Defines technical standards and rules management and organizational function to ensure the accuracy of accounting and compliance with deadlines.

EvoluzioneDescrizione

• Perform the monthly closure for the 2 branches (French Gaap) with good quality precision and on time
• Performs the regulatory and fiscal reporting for the 2 branches (Italian Gaap)
• Right understanding of IFRS17 results
• Accounting general management
• Perform controlling and budgeting activities
• Find the right instruments to mitigate the operational and financial risks
• Manage the relations with banks, fiscal consultant, reinsurer and other financial and accounting counterpart
• Treasury and bank account management
• Management of actuarial team (Life – Non life)
