GSK Italy invites talented graduates to join the Chemical Engineering (MSAT) Graduate Programme in Rosia. Over two years you will rotate through cross-functional projects, receive tailored training, and be mentored by senior leaders while applying chemical engineering knowledge to real manufacturing challenges.
You’ll gain hands-on experience with digital data analytics, process modelling, and Lean Six Sigma approaches, supporting medicines and vaccines delivery while building a global network.
Education required: Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or related IChemE accredited degrees with relevant Chemical Engineering modules.
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in Italian and English

Italian Salary Range / Fascia retributiva in Italia: EUR 29,925 to EUR 49,875
