Responsibilities
- Provide consistently exemplary service and embody our ethos of highly individual, discreet, and engaging service to all guests.
- Ensure a smooth, efficient, and service‑focused operation, delivering an exceptional dining experience that creates lasting memories.
- Welcome guests, escort them to their preferred or reserved tables, and accompany them after lunch or dinner to bid them farewell.
- Communicate menu, beverage, and wine details with clarity and confidence.
- Lead the service team by example.
- Motivate and develop all F&B staff to achieve the highest levels of service excellence while fostering positive staff relations.
- Maintain all F&B areas (front and back of house) and equipment to the highest standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and safety.
- Maintain impeccable personal presentation and a well‑groomed appearance for all staff members.
- Ensure the daily operations are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Regularly communicate with the managing owners regarding business performance, successes, concerns, and support needs.
