Marriott International's Sheraton Milano is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team. You will rotate between stations and services, supporting the Executive Chef to guarantee exceptional quality and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include inventory management, supervising assistant chefs, and collaborating with the team to meet guest expectations while strict HACCP hygiene standards are maintained. Experience with main kitchen equipment and allergen handling is essential.

Competenze

• Education: Technical School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.

Mansioni

• Rotate between stations and services in the kitchen.
• Support Executive Chef to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Manage inventory of ingredients and communicate orders to chefs.
• Supervise and coordinate work of assistant chefs and extra staff.
• Collaborate with team to ensure service meets quality standards and guest expectations.
• Maintain hygiene and HACCP standards in work area.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene and food safety regulations.
• Assist Head Chef in creating or modifying recipes.
