A leading appliance company is looking for a Channel Manager to oversee commercial management and achieve KPIs for its brands in Italy. The role requires a Master’s degree or diploma and expertise in buying group channel management, with at least 3-5 years of experience. Strong English skills and proficiency in Office Suite are also needed. The job offers a full-time position for mid-senior level candidates in sales and business development.
Purpose: We are looking for a Channel Manager for the sales team of the Italian branch. The purpose of the role is the commercial management at national level of the Group brands in order to achieve the KPIs of turnover and margin for one's area of expertise as well as people management.
The person reporting to the Sales Director will have the task of managing the relationship with the GDA channel, measuring the direct reports’ sales results and related buying groups’ performance, the achievement of the assigned objectives using reports and documentation, forecasting and analyzing the sell‑in and sell‑out data.
In agreement with his/her manager, he/she draws up promotional plans for assigned customers.
