A leading household appliance company is seeking a Channel Manager in Treviso, Italy. The role involves managing the national commercial strategy for the company's brands, achieving sales targets, and overseeing a team. Ideal candidates will possess a Master's in economics or marketing, at least 3-5 years of experience in the buying group channel, and strong analytical and communication skills. Purpose:
We are looking for a Channel Manager for the sales team of the Italian branch. The purpose of the role is the commercial management at national level of the Group brands in order to achieve the KPIs of turnover and margin for one's area of ??expertise as well as people management.
Principle Accountabilities:

The person reporting to the Sales Director will have the task of managing the relationship with the GDA channel, measuring the direct reports’ sales results and related buying groups’ performance, the achievement of the assigned objectives using reports and documentation, forecasting and analyzing the sell‑in and sell‑out data.
In agreement with his/her manager, he/she draws up promotional plans for assigned customers.
