• Strong knowledge of accounting, reporting, and compliance for multi-entity structures.

Mansioni

• Oversee all financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and reports.
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks.
• Lead and develop the finance team, redefining roles as needed.
• Implement improvements in financial processes and controls.
• Support restructuring, new business divisions, and international expansion.
• Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to drive performance.
