• Oversee all Finance & Administration activities.
• Lead and develop the Finance team of approximately 5 people.
• Strengthen controlling, budgeting, and KPI monitoring processes.
• Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and cross-functional teams.
• Manage external advisors and stakeholders.
• Prepare timely financial analysis and reports.
• Contribute to strategic projects for enhancing the company's growth.

Descrizione del lavoro

• Oversee all Finance & Administration activities, including accounting, planning, cash flow management and financial reporting.
• Lead and develop the Finance team (approx. 5 people) while supervising related operational areas such as IT, facility and logistics.
• Strengthen controlling, budgeting and KPI monitoring processes, ensuring robust internal governance and improved operational flows.
• Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and cross‑functional teams, supporting Operations, Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Manage external advisors and stakeholders, ensuring full compliance on legal, HR and financial matters.
• Prepare timely financial analysis and reports for management, investors and ownership.
• Contribute to strategic and extraordinary projects aimed at enhancing the company's organisation and growth trajectory.
